how hard is to get a 80%+ member of staff ???? a 90%+ is nearly impossible.
for weeks i've been looking for these type of staffs ( from time to time because i don't work in front of a computer n can only do it at home ) n only found a 80%+ senior coach.... time and time again i see the 4 available staff slots with very close stats ( all under 50% ).
my suggestion is to organize those slots to show a specific percentage within a parameter, i.e. 25% interval between slots.
there are only 4 available slots per member of staff, so instead of having random percentages in all of them, we could have the 1st slot showing random staff with random percentages between 0% and 25%, the 2nd slot from 26% to 50%, the 3rd slot 51% - 75% and finally the 4th slot from 76% to 99%.
this way we could decide more accurately what do we want from the staff, and choose which slot we should attack considering our budget, and in the eventuality that things go wrong and we go down a division and can no longer sustain our high % staff, the thought of having to let it go wouldn't be so scary because we could always resign a higher one at a l8r stage.

for 70+ staff, you have to look very hard... i remember looking at SM every 30 mins or so, very regularly... even after that, it took my 4-5 months to get all 90+ staff.. 30/12/2011 04:27

If you have the funds, you can always hire and immediately fire the staff members until you get one you want. It can cost quite a bit of money though. I just did it to get an 85% senior coach and it took about 10 tries to get him (not sure how much it cost to do it), but it was a big upgrade.

+1 I realize that getting good coaches is hard in the real world, but in the real world a club can entice coaches with more money. Since there is no way to hostile coaches this makes getting a good coach a little too random. I like this idea of providing a good random mix. Especially if you made it harder to get the high end of each range. 31/12/2011 05:18

You have to pay very close attention for a high coach. Constantly. For a week or more.

In real life it can take weeks of interviews and vetting to hire a top quality coach or scout.

Consider that week of stalking the wire that time.

Took me 2 months and 5 mil to find a junior coach of 89%. In the end I just got lucky one day...

And on that same day I found the coach as well

i doubt that a top team, or at least a team with money to invest would take weeks to employ a top coach.
if they want him, they know where he is and how much he cost. they just have to be willing to spend big.

i just think it's unnecessary such amount of time in the game to hire a good coach ( 85%+ ), it becomes frustration after a while, n i think the game doesn't benefit from it at all.

if i find a 85%+ coach i'll sign him n invest golden balls in his training until i get a 95%+ coach. i'm pretty sure there r other managers such as me that would do the same.

It cost me almost 3mil, and an hour infront of my computer. But I did get myself an 89% senior, and 93% junior. Totally worth it.
