And how would you decide when someone is a beginner? Besides, I need each and every one of them to not become bots so I can take their juniors that are forecast 80-99 when they reach 8k exp. In the end it's just putting more bot teams in to fill a gap. | 27/12/2011 04:04 |

Because the likelihood of getting one is entirely random and only happens to about 10% of teams. Half of them don't even make it to 8k. That's making a 1/20 bet. Besides, if so I beat half of them to their prizes  .Maybe the players could be removed if there were people to replace them. Unfortunately there aren't so all it would do is add to the number of bots in this game. |

I dont think anyone has suggested about coaches... i would love to see lots of coaches in option... i mean there need to be a market from where we can opt our coach based on the nation and experience he has got... how about world cup and champions league... | 29/12/2011 12:43 |

Moreover high exp coaches would have a positive effect on the motivation of the players.. As far as i've seen there is no way to increase the motivation of the player if they are not playing directly. So floodlights and a good scoreboard can increse the motivation of a player but a good coach cannot ? I think these assumptions just over sipmplify the game.. And how can we say mentality of the player (what i understand here is not advance calculus skills but the way he can make good decisions on the field  ) does not improve after the age of 14 ! |
