As KFA successfully end the season advancing to Div 2, I would like to inform everyone with the training guideline. I would accept PM related to loan swap now. Senior Squad: Defenders (50%) and Strikers (50%). Typical training schedule will be Tackling (Twice a week), Clearance (2), Shots on Goal (2), and beating markers (2). Junior Squad: Goal Keepers (60%) and Strikers (40%) - I decided to drop penalty save training as it seems the focus is more on leadership. The training will consist of Saves (2), Catching highballs(2), Shot on goals (2) and Beating markers (1). As I posted earlier, I have 90% senior coach and 94% junior coach. Both coaches are on degree training now as advised by other managers. I would also like to loan out Senior and Junior prospects: Senior: Alfonso Lozano CDF 47% 21 Mark Ford RB 50% 21 Corry Little CF 40% 19 Junior: Wilfred Azikive CF 24% 14 Luis Requena LB 32% 15 Sean Roxburgh RW 20% 15 I am willing to take and loan out players based on "give and take" basis (I do not think actual English words).
