Hey guys, Thought it would be a good idea to put up a thread to advertise loans or loan positions for next season. I for one will be training Junior and Senior CFs. Seniors for at least half the season, Juniors for the entire season. I have space for 3 juniors and 2 seniors (at this stage). If this is of any use to you post here or PM me. If your senior CF/LF is good enough he will get played regularly and trained well (99% senior coach). Juniors will be trained in all areas affecting CF attributes for well rounded results (89% junior coach right now, will be improved). Juniors will probably be in reserves (as I will prioritise my players) so won't get much motivation but will be trained consistently and well. That's all, let me know if you're keen. The training will consist of Saves (2), Catching highballs(2), Shot on goals (2) and Beating markers (1). You should edit your first post and make a list of everyone who is either willing to loan or receive players and what type. I will be training LDF, CDF, RDF so 3 are welcome! |

I am not sure on what I will train yet, so I can't accept any loans from now since I don't know what I am going to train, and about loaning I might have 1 CF for loan, so if any of you are going to train 5 days or more CFs it would be awesome, and I will be interested on loaning him then. | 26/11/2011 15:22 |

I'm not sure what I will be training most heavily, this season was midfield/striker, which worked out pretty well. I will continue training strikers/mids in junior (99% coach) and will definitely train forwards for part of next season, but depending on my league, I may need to train GK/def at start of season. Hopefully my league will be a cakewalk, and then I can postpone my defensive/GK training for a season. If not, I'll be loaning out my 94 FC GK again, as he won't even hit 60 this season. I will need someone to train him as primary GK who is in div 3 or lower. I may be loaning out my high-progressing CDF and LDF again as well in that situation. Can't be sure until Dec. 27. Put me down as training mids/strikers for junior. |

I will be continuously training GKs for Junior squad - I only have 94% coach (it's nearly impossible to find 99% coach). Although, I am uncertain about the training direction for Senior squad at this point - I have 90% coach. I am leaning towards mix of Defenders and Attackers. Before the start of next season, I will sell off most of senior GKs. I would probably actively look for managers to take care of my prospects in both Jr and Sr. team. Let's see how this will roll out. |
