One of my friends asked me if I trained all positions.. I couldn't understand what he meant. I select all options from that training list as per the need. Is that enough? Do we need to do more than that? Also, when training do the first 11 and subs only train? I think the reserves don't train along as per my experience. |

Generally training all positions means, on lets say a 7 day schedule, you train GKs day 1, Defenders days 2 & 3, Midfield day 4 & 5, and Forwards days 6 & 7. So lets say Saves, Tackling x2, In-Depth Passing x2, and Penalty Shots x2. Or something like that. I train defenders 7 days a week. Running x2, Tackling x2, Clearances x2 (or an Intercepting Passes), and Sprint. Or some combination thereof. Your entire team trains. Their motivation % is affected by whether the player starts, is a sub, or a reserve. 100 / 80 / 50 %, + any extra mods (accessory, jr temp promoted). But, your starting GK will not improve if you train In-Depth passing, as the In-Depth passing doesn't have a green bar for the GK. Hope that helps. |
