Substitute
Thanks a lot ABC and sanjeev.

I follow what you mentioned - but a bit differently.
I train at all positions in a mixed way (all positions in a week) rather than train defenders for a week, then mids for a week and forwards a week and then follow this cycle.
Guess its okay. Is it?

I wouldn't say there is a right or wrong way. Find what works for you and turn your weaknesses into strengths. I train def because I bought a bunch of good progression defenders.

Some players train one set, say GKs, all season, some people train a mix, some train in a cycle like you do etc. Good luck!

Golden Ball
Just one thing, looking at whatever you had set up for seniors today. If you get a red arrow, they are getting worse and not better.

If a player is going downwards on the curve(think of a squashed bell curve). This generally happens when the get older. Then every time you train that player, then they get worse not better.
