Anyone have any updates on whether or not (and when) the training will further be tweaked? Thanks. |

The training amount is already double than what it was in starting and I don't think it will be further tweaked.. | 17/10/2011 20:21 |

I'm just hoping that all of the suggestions about it ("P"'s and motivation and age 21 and avg 60) are taken into account. | 17/10/2011 20:58 |

Methinks you should start looking at how training is affecting attributes rather than overall average. Training a CF in dribbling can provide upwards of 1.0 to dribbling attribute. That's massive. The overall average might only increase by 0.2, but in 20 trainings, his dribbling will have gone up 20%, while his average will only increase by 4. (I realise you can't train dribbling twenty times in a row, but over time, the increase is the same) What will his average change count for in the simulator? Nothing really. But his dribbling will have improved out of sight... |

Makes sense, but if that's the case, why does training not effect the whole team? I know different training effects different attributes for different positions (i.e. crossing improves RW passing skills, etc), but why does not everyone's attributes get trained? I completely agree that overall average should not dictate a game, and a good manager should place AND TRAIN his/her players according to the tactics that he/she feels will win... But there are some things that are situational, for example, a good LB does not need to have "finishing" affect his average, but in certain situations, it could really help, especially with the enabling of advanced tactics (when they actually work...). Hence I keep wondering... if/when the training will be tweaked a bit more ![]() |

It was really more a response to those who want their players averages to go up faster. I think they should take away the 2 training limit. I want to be able to focus on one attribute primarily. |
