I had one Jr player (avg below 40) increase about 1 full point after coming back from temp promotion! (I have a 98% youth coach). Not too bad. Last season he did about the same (because he's not a Midfielder) with the lower training values for forwards. So for some players (i.e. anyone young that is not a midfielder) the increase rate will be about the same as it was last season. Edited by jacobpark 23-10-2011 01:52 |
