If i have a formation that is using one striker up front, with a tactic to change to a formation of two strikers if I go one goal down, how will the system know how to change the oncoming player to fit in the position of the second striker. I looked at this by just changing my formation from one striker to two strikers and it does not arrange the players in the right order in their positions... is there a way to go about this? Make a copy of your first formation and use this copy as the basis for your new formation. That should keep everyone in the right places. | 05/10/2011 10:29 |

Make sure the original starting position of the player to be subbed is now at the striker position in your new formation. | 05/10/2011 11:01 |

It doesn't work in the long run. A change in formation may require different players on the team to play in different positions. lets assume the change in formation requires up to four of your players to assume different positions they are not accustomed too, atleast one of your players will have a lower rating because you have only three subs. he wouldn't fit into that position. please correct me if i am wrong |

Its more important to watch your game carefully to see exactly what happens. |
