I found a good young player put up for auction - but when i wanted to make my bid i get the message "you can't negotiate with that team"... now why is that? |

@ Uruguary. That answer is very unfair and sad. The manager of the team u re trying to buy from is using the same ip address with u. 1 either you re using a public cafe.which that same manager is or has used.2 either you re using the same service provides.3 you re using a mobile phone and that manager is using the same service provider with you.
