Why would they change it - its a perfectly good rule in the game. Users who setup multiple teams and use their "other" teams to get great players cannot be allowed. Users using friends in same college/uni etc to do the same cannot be allowed. Its similar IP based so there's no problem with friends you make in the game that are not sharing similar IP's , unless suspect transfers start occurring between these 2 managers. |

So it is a perfectly good rule: not being able to negotiate with a team that used the same public place even if that was once, even if it was months ago, even if someone checks his team once via your connection, even if you don't do anything illegal/suspect tranfers/multiple accounts or w/e It is a perfectly good rule in some cases. However, it is not perfect in others. So, is there something that can be done in cases that there is no cheating (like clearing IP history or something similar)? |

I can't trade with lifeguard for this reason. Apparently we have been in a location near each other at some point. I have no idea how or where. I live in Central US, he lives in nowhere, Canada. |
