A "minimum fee" release clause is a clause in a player's contract which sets a minimum fee that a club must bid in order to be able to buy that player. If a club bid's the minimum fee set in a player's contract in an initial payment, the player's club cannot block the bid and must allow the bidder to talk to the player. Players with a minimum fee release clause can still be sold for less that the set fee, at the club's discretion.

Here on SM,the case is not different.we have hostile clause-when a team pays the release clause of a player to get him,so release clause (which is the amount you can sell a player,as a function of weekly allowance and it depends on the capability of the club) is very important here and also in the real sense of it.actually,it benefits both club and player.

So,getting and maintaining a good release clause for a player is the topic under discussion, some managers in the fear of loosing a player cultivates the habit of paying huge salary for players, which is not supposed to be.that is,it affects the finance of the team by paying weekly allowances excessively.even if you have enough money, spending wisely is not a bad idea,to be succesfull anyway.

While fixing a release clause, some factors must be taken into consideration,to list a few:
> The current worth of the player.
> The worth of the player in next two seasons.
> The worth of a similar player +(2-4) average.
> The current situation of the team.in need of money or ready to dispose or change the player.
> The financial strength of the team(power, capability, bouyancy etc)

After considering all these,a good release clause can be obtain.i mentioned something like changing player is very important,we all know about it,selling a player to buy a better one.with a suitable release clause,it can be done easily, more efficiently, proffesionally as a good manager and all form of safety affirmed as the case may be.

"Holding-on on a player is what kills the game" Elfolksy.
Yes,it is,because a slight change i mean increase in average of a player result in increase in the team average and the better for the team, which can be achieved easily by changing.also all players have a price and the best way to name it is with the release clause.with these a good team improvement be maintained till you reach the hallmark,A 99ave team.the main target as a striker manager.

Hostile clause is not a menace but a good, efficient and another method of selling players in the game, use it wisely, stop spending excessively, invest and boost the financial strenght, power, capability and bouyancy of the team.stop investing too much on a player when a better one is right on your nail.

Conclusively, stop having problem with finance and improve the team for good, release clause is not meant to be just any huge amount or "numbers" but a reasonable one, with all these, you becoming a good manager is no more a dream.Again, hostile clause is not a menace, use it wisely.anyway and all the way,So help you God.goodluck, thanks and God bless.
