This is what the game is all about,i mean the most important factor,if you dont have it....you cant go far,otherwise pray to God for one.....and if you have it too,it should be maintained or improved,as the team gets better...thats what this discussion is all about....

It also answers some question on the forum,about games,asking if its a bug.....that the advance formation stop working,or the manager made mistake....NO....you need to improve it,as team average increases and advances in division....

We have these for now...you can add if you want others to learn from your idea...

1. Your advanced tactics cant work against all other tactics.....there might be some weaknesses which can be capitalized upon by other teams so.....only the managers that have enough time to watch other team games...can be free from this...

2. Area covered by each player...as the team average increases....the formation you use for team of 40ave will become bad with team of 60ave..because increase in average of the players will commands more space to play...and play effectively.also as team advances in division and get exposed to other team of high averages.....the previous tactics begin to fail and call for improvement...

3. Stamina Factor....out of context but its also important...having the best tactics and tired legs is as good as nothing,thats why its advisable to build and maintain a very full squad,to be free from this...
