I don’t know what’s happening but my players have been constantly getting injured in every match game.

What's the proof that physio doesn't decrease that probability?

I've always thought of physio as the weight training while the coach chooses cone drills, 5-on-5, etc team drills for sports practice.. they're not the same
Any trainer that doesn't understand purposes #1 and #2 of an athlete being in a weight room are injury prevention is... not someone you should be working out with. "Getting big muscles" is secondary/tertiary at best. Anyone who does isolation work [Smith machine, etc] and thinks of it as somehow helping athletic performance is.. not a trainer you should be working with.
An example of classic sports injuries that can be minimized but are often not even at the youth level is change-of-pace - deceleration especially.

I've played for many season with and without running physio.
