As the user is gone and only fiscals can see where the user's new account is, I'll refresh this fine person's memory about "what happened", in case they want to come back and check.
It might be that your account was removed because you got a new phone, or it may be that this is irrelevant and the actual reason is because you created 8 accounts and repeatedly swore at me when I detained you, before you begged for forgiveness with messages full of 😭.

How do you fix this? Don't create multiple accounts and don't subject any user of the game to foul language and abuse. I hope this shines some light on your unfortunate situation.
