 Pls I am training my Junior players with my Junior coach of 89% and he is not training them
What is happening???????

 You have just 2 juniors with zero motivation because they've never played any match, try make a complete junior squad, after playing a match (main league matches only actually), you'd see their motivation increasing and they'd start training. 28/08/2022 07:58

 Make a formation for them to occupy more players in the position, I can see you're trying to train forwards, you can have 5 in starting line-up.

After that, set the lineup.
