Too much Sin quipo. Why? This Post is never to Challenge or Attack the Fiscals Team, But alot of managers getting removed from the game. I don't actually know how strictly Fiscals are handling the offense this days but back in 2013-2017 Fiscals handled the game perfectly. Alot of bad managers around? Maybe yeah, but why is expulsion the common punishment these days... I've seen cases of different Managers I knew getting removed for IP clashes for multi accounting, I can say there's always no thorough investigation. I've been fined 2 to 3(Cash fine) and I was made to learn the hard way how to abide by the game rules, which I admit is a perfect way to deal with managers to learn how to play the game properly... Too many Expulsion is making this game less competitive, you can see that with players market value less managers resulting to less trainers. we know the Devs ain't doing anything to improve the game, But the game will eventually die with too many Expulsions. My conclusion is Fiscals should always please consider Expulsion after Thorough investigations, some managers have ventured alot of time and effort on this game. #save managers effort. #save this game future. Pardon my bad English. I'm bad in it, Thanks in advance SY. Edited by SIRYEMMY 17-03-2022 01:37 |

They should stop removing managers anyhow. Thorough investigations shud be done. So we can all enjoy this game. Thanks for this SY. My regards. Edited by sborginator 17-03-2022 07:01 |

Good point. During those years you mentioned, players question Fiscals decisions. But now, Fiscals are like gods whatever the do or say is regarded the right and only way. Fiscals must be held responsible for their actions or this game will continue to die. As they say power corrupts, absolute power corrupt absolutely. And again, who watches the watchman? Removal of the user's account has always been the punishment in most cases of multi-accounting, so nothing has changed since the glory years of 2013-2017 in that respect, nor will it change. If it did, the game would be dead within a matter of weeks. Since yesterday morning, a single user created 137 multiple accounts in a very clear, obvious way. Just so you have an idea of the scale of the task. Fortunately, the user is not very bright and does not seem to understand what data we have in the fight against multi-accounting. The investigations are as thorough as they need to be (consider, we have a lot more data than you do), and the effort is always on turning bad users good and only removing the truly bad. In one recent case, I watched a user for a month and extracted over 5000 pieces of data on the user. To say "there is always no thorough investigation" is insulting and naïve. In such cases where we are confronted with doubts, fiscals talk about the events. Often in these "non-thorough cases" other users will stick up for the guilty party with no actual evidence other than " he told me he is not cheating" or "he is a good guy who could never cheat". Whereas, on our side there is lots of evidence. We just don't have an obligation to share it with the community WhatsApp mob. I would suggest you put the blame with the guys doing the crime rather than (as is so often the case) with the team of volunteer fiscals. I fear there are too many cultural barriers in the way for this to work with some users who would rather pay nothing into the game but expect so much (for free) in return. Fiscals are accountable. To the owners of the game, from whom they get their authority. This has always been the case and always will be. Other fiscals and the owners of the game is the answer to "who is watching the watchmen?". I am going to leave this thread open but I expect civil discourse, seeing as we're all such big advocates of righteousness and the rules of the game. |

I can understand how it looks when you cannot see what we see, but there are always adequate investigations in every case and more often that not we give the benefit of doubt. The problem is as you said Sy, the game is dying, this leads to some users to think they can take advantage of the system. So regardless of how long they have been playing, we will remove players who continuously break the rules, there is no discrimination in this regard. Believe me it hurts to see an old account go but rules are rules. As for who watches us, it is us ourselves as the Devs are rarely around. We moderate each other and demand the highest of standards. Again you do not see the punishments we inflict on ourselves to maintain our image, so it understandable if there are those who think we are corrupt and abusive of our power. I believe if it wasn't for us keeping some kind of order, this game would have descended into chaos long ago and nobody would want to play. |

The fiscals need to understand that they make mistake too. I have seen a situation where two managers were removed from the game unjustly but a fiscal will tell me they're guilty whereas I witnessed the stark reality of the event. Few years ago, my Spanish account was removed from the Spanish server without commiting an offence. Since then, doubting fiscals become unavoidable to me. |

Agree, think if the old guard @s were still active we would see more point penalties and removals. We were after Faxo for letting his sides open vs Heid(only one click in advanced),so i would say fiscals now are more than fair. Yep if no order game is done. |

For the acct removal by @'s I won't say much about that ...I have a pl mate who was removed , when I asked him he said he has plenty acct and said nothing was wrong with that .. |

We all know how devs are so active these days and being accountable to them will be so stressful. So forgive me if i still have doubts that some fiscals abuse their powers. And you watching yourselves? That's very funny considering where i come from. Leaders in my country are super corrupt. They ruin everything watching themselves but devs as we know are doing a great job and will give thumbs up to you all. I have no doubt about you guys having more data. Multi accounting has been a major crime from the start of this game. I don't see it going all away in just one day and for that, I applaud you all for putting in your effort tackling it on daily basis some of you even watches for months to be sure good job out there. But one major problem is pricing of players. I have no idea about prices these days but i see cases where players get fined for purchases that are excuse me to say lame. But fiscals determine everything and whatever they say must be respected. |
