That's good, try read some FAQs, you have to buy players within their market value not withstanding you being poor, start buying the players you can afford, use for the low division and work your way up. About training, yes, you need to buy some high progression players and train, get a good coach also, the game is showhow tasking so you have to devote some time to learn the rudiments. The schools produces players for managers, some have been lucky with it, getting high progression players. And finally about ticket prices, it depends on divisions, if you have any issues with it, managers in your division can help. The game is easy to learn and play, you can't get to understand everything at start so don't worry your self too much, just start learning bit by bit, a step at a time, feel free to ask questions and be active.
