What others have said: 1) Looks like his team was at 0% (or very low) effort - yours was not (your players were using up their stamina at a good rate) 2) His entire starting lineup was also at very low stamina to start the game (most at or below 30) and around 78 fitness - yours are all at 99. Not sure how much that affects their game performance, though His team was also clearly not using an advanced formation, but it was hard to tell if your team was or not -- if you were, that would also help.
