 For several months I notice that my players improve their skill less than some months ago. I build regularly an excel chart where I note improvment of player regarding sill, training type and motivation. so I can easily compare now and some months ago ,I did that for several years, for some newplayer between 15-18 old.
I not also that I have lot less good players going out from my football school . of course I didn't change my school level and all are top quality.
son my question, perhaps I miss the information, are there any change fo parameters about that in the game along 2019?

I don't s say that 's bad thing, just want to be sure that's not an issue just with my account and all note this evolution

here training evolution of my player Sylvain Subiat
tackle or steal the ball. trained
about the chart
first column the level of the skil
second : evolution after training
third : motivation which has a big impact on improvment
so i note that the evolution is stable , at same motivation level , from 0 to around 64/65 after this value the evolution of the skill start to slow down quite fast
so here you can note that the evolution for a motivation of 109/104% the improvment is 1.03/0 .95, along the year this fall down to 0.78/0.74 despite the level skill is still quite low ( <65)and don't start to fall down , as you can see at 70 the improvment is just 0.38

 yes , S.Subiat in my team , just an example of change of evolution without any usual reason

The more competent the player gets at a certain skill for example, ball steal, the less they improve with each training session on that skill. 		13/12/2019 19:10

 As I explain the improvment of skill is quite stable until the skill reach a level near 65, a bit lower perhaps. from 0 to 65, this evolution is egal if the motivation is similar. when the skill achieve a level =65, the effect of training is reducing fast.
for instance if your player get +1.14 at ball steal training at 100% motivation when this skill is = at 40 , the training will get this +1.14 for each training at 100% until the levl of this skill achieve a value of 65 ( on near that) after that he get less .

 this evolution is stable also if the player stay in the young team, I note too a lost of improvement if you upgrade definetly your player in the main team 13/12/2019 19:36

As far as I am aware, no change has been made to the way players train any time recently.
What you are describing looks perfectly normal to me.
If you collate more data, for roughly 30 players, over the same period each, we can maybe use it to make some conclusions. 		13/12/2019 19:52
