Please give your posts appropriate titles. This will make it more likely someone will assist. You are doing many things right (off the pitch), so below is my judgement of what you can improve. It seems you have bought at least 12 players in the past 7 days. This will of course reduce your available cash flow. I would advise you try to improve on your tactics this week, not your roster. It seems you are paying your staff more than your players. This is unusual. You're also paying your staff more than I pay mine. Unless it's for coaches (you want the best possible) I would reduce the quality of staff you have on the payroll. Finally, it looks like you've been doing some weird stuff by taking loans and then paying them off immediately. If I'm right, this will of course have costs. Only take loans if you need (see above).
