Mr poster if you dont have enough money dont think of trying hire and fire,I have spent over 100m just to find a good junior coach till now the highest i found is 91%.
It is by luck tho,I have spent 2m+ doing hire and fire and i got 95% senior coach.
My advice is continue searching, check your staff at least twice in 5min until you have enough money for hire and fire, for now focus on building your team...just an advice tho.
