You can also understand it. Lets say a cf 82% with release clause of 400million, I'm sure its salary will be up to 1million. So, you reduce his salary that its release clause will come to something like 180-200million. It'll be tempting some good and financially strong managers to pay the release clause. And I'm sure if you get 180-200million, it'll buy another cf of 78-80. Within a short period, it'll increase back to the previous player, then his salary will not have been as much as that of the 80. So, the brain behind this is that you should send away those old players that are consuming your money, then set for new players with a starting salary. I pray God help #you

Guy. Let me give you a kind of advice I learned from a friend here. You'll need to reduce your players' salaries to an amount that their release clause will be tempting other managers to hire them. But that price will also pay you a bit, to buy players that are nearly good to those ones.

If you can buy players that are nearly good as the one you are reducing the salary for, than why wouldn't the other managers buy the ones nearly good in the first place.

You have a bloated squad with a backup for every position you play. To be really honest, you don't require that. Keep backups for critical players who you know from experience that they injure easily.... or keep only multiple for the positions you train. You have high quality first squad and equally strong second. My Advice: Get rid of strong second team and replace them with younger ones which you can improve over time.

In my opinion you can reduce your salary bill easily by 50-60%.

There are some managers that love to buy old and experienced players than the nearly good in the game. So, my idea is not bad.

My weekly wages is 36m and this will affect my budget for this season

I need help on how I can reduce this please ,I have tried to reduce my player's salary but I only manage to reduce to 35m

You have more than 20 players in your squad which consists of the first and second eleven and the extras you are training.....

Meanwhile your 2nd eleven is almost as good as the 1st eleven, that means their salaries would be almost the same has the 1st eleven..... which shouldn't happen.

My advice to you is to sell off some of them to get lower players and keep the useful ones in case of injuries....

To say the truth, your team salary is just 20m.... the remaining 15m goes to an handsome manager which i wouldn't disclose (it's nice doing business with your finacial adviser)
