Exactly! I had made budgets based on that money, imagine my shock. I don't know if its a bug or rules were changed because admins have not been sending messages of late. |

It has never happened before, unfortunately Admins used to send end of season messages highlighting any rule changes. They don't do it now so there's no telling if the rules were changed or its a bug |
