 The players in question refused to train at all even when I train them based on their position. The training arrow shows red which means they are not responding. They are between 19 and 23years 29/12/2018 20:54

Nah those players have been screwed from junior squad because they didn't promote them at the right time

If you don't promote him now it will be the same issue for him

forget it, he chant increase in average again.

So far you have seen that red arrow, it means as young as he is, he has reached his peak. You can't expect a player with 20 prog to have a 70 forecast.

It is time for him to go down. I will advise you, don't train him again. 		01/01/2019 08:26
