If the player is your son, you get the formation rights. In order to get more players with formation rights, I would suggest partying with your team a lot more so you meet more ladies. Also, reading the FAQ and tutorial might give you better answers for that question. |

When you promote player from your school,formation rights will be 2%,and increase 2% on the beggining every next season (if he is still your player).Max formation rights is 12%,that mean when someone sell your player,you will got 12% of sale price. | 01/06/2018 17:47 |
