Hi managers please help me with this I have 99% both snr and jnr coach If i train this player http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=26398522 This week with maximum motivation 7 days a week training (no temp promotion) And then promote him next week with the same training and motivation will he train at the same rate Or will he improve in the jnr squad more than when he is promoted to the snr squad 2 and if any one knows where the link to know how a players training is calculated kindly get me posted i cant find it |
