For Boyejo, Yes, you can specify the Progression for jnrs using scout. The specifics you mentioned above is also in scout, but you are looking for search+ in scout. Then you can specify many selections from the criteria. I pay attention to maximum age, Field position, Maximum Clause, final year and pre contract ( could be tested〕. I keep it simple and observe the scout, it may find it hard to find some complicated searches, if scout low or no such players available. With practice hopefully you get a hang of it.
