What's the effect of keeping a 19yrs or 20yrs old player in the junior squad? |

Well, Players usually get promoted according to their a Age Minimum Average 14 80 15 70 16 60 17 50 18 40 19 30 And so on. When its the right time for promotion, A yellow P would appear next to their name. And when you have kept them for too long after when they were supposed to be promoted, a red P pops up next to their name. With a Red P, Their progression and Potential Forecast keeps decreasing by a certain amount everyday. When you keep players until they are 20, You know that you have lost a considerable amount off from his max average. He will never be as good as he could have been. |

Roger that! I bought a player like that now I know what to do with him because his average doesn't increase much Now I get it But why would some coaches keep a player up to 20yrs in their junior? They won't sell him nor promote him I think such managers need sanction |

Most of this stems either because of inactive managers or because of system bots. Majority of these players are seen on the seasonal auction when their contracts expire. |
