 You're suggesting this because you're in a stage in which your players will be hostile more than you will hostile someone else's.

My players has been hostiled just once, it's my gk

It wouldn't be called Hostile Clause then. And this is a good aspect of the game. Without it there would be less movement of players, and managers would hoard money whilst paying very little salary to players.
