Please I need experienced managers to clarify this. Does Salary have an effect on players improvement, been playing this game since may this year. I have my coaches at 80+ . Since then my players do not improve. They add ratings sometimes, few days , they drop back to the earlier rating or even less. I need to know how training is made effective in this game. |

Whenever you loose a match their morale will go down and they will decrease in average temporarily so you have to put your psychologist to work if you want them to be back at their normal position |
