training my defence in junior has been really frustrating, I see other teams where players grow enthusiastically by gaining like 0.2%, 0.8% or 0.5 or even 1% in a particular stats (e.g strength)per day,but its damn fuck when I see mine wt 0.01%,0.03%,0.08%, and they increase slowly.

I have 85% coach and I rotate them cause of motivation but I just don't get them,
why are they growing that way,or are they punishing me? i pay salaries for them now.

Depends on your players progression, if they have low progression like say 50 or lower then their training will be very low. Getting your coach up into the 90s will help but not that much. 29/09/2017 07:52

Also if they are in the starting lineup they will get better training so the starters will get a little better training then the bench players and bench players will get better then reserves so if your training defense try and make sure all your defense is starting and on the bench and not in the reserves. 29/09/2017 08:03

am using 5 defenders,
can I also use a defender as a midfielder?
