if I start a Fwd in a midfielder position in a line up and train him will grow normally as he would, if he started in his real position? how faster will a forward wt 77 prog and 85% coach playing in a midfield position grow compared to one wt same progression but playing in his real position? like a LF playing as LM. pls I need some clarification from a kind hearted SM |

Players in real position will improve faster than out of position. For juniors, don't even try it. Just make do with the max 100% motivation in starting lineup (5/6 as the case may be) and 80% motivation in substitution (7), because out of position in junior will be as low as 22% motivation. | 28/09/2017 00:34 |

how cause I don't think junior squad have advanced formation or tactics. please do endeavour to teach me better. |

Then click save. Check your junior lineup and you will see the change. |
