if I build a school of low quality and later change to high quality will I still be charge the same price for building high quality or will I receive discount.. As in. low quality_5,000,000 high quality_112,000,000 if I want to build the high quality later after building the low one will I still be charged 112,000,000 |

You won't be charged same price since you've built low quality before, the new price for high quality will be reduced or less than normal. Good luck!  |
