people see my thread 'non beta friendlies', challenge me, then turn it beta. just make it so that can't happen, either you invite to a specific beta/non beta friendly or both sides have to make it beta.. the option to cancel them would also work, but my first suggestion is the best one. |

That is a good suggestion. Assuming it won't be implemented, however, you can do what some veteran managers have done and tell the manager beforehand that if they make the friendly beta, you will raise the ticket prices to the maximum and they will receice no money. That usually does the trick. Just only schedule friendlies one week at a time. |

Just only schedule friendlies one week at a time. an element of cutting off your nose to spite your face in that tactic. i'm def doing it this season tho. mostly i get 1 or 2 a season which aint a big deal, this season it's like half of the friendlies Edited by mr_euskaltel 27-07-2017 18:15 |

Much luck. Cutting off the nose to spite the face - doing something that they think will hurt someone, without realizing will hurt oneself. |

Only had one manager do it. Losing that $2m was well worth it to teach someone their behavior has consequences And others then see that you will do what you say if they behave poorly so they are less likely to break your agreement.
