You may have put them to work and notice that by the Time they will be through you won't need their effort again so it is just a waste. So we should be able to stop them. |

Maybe i put my psychologist to work today and he is meant to finish 11;30am tomorrow. And i have a match 16:42pm tomorrow. But i notice that by that 11:30 am tomorrow i will be in red and my physco won't be able to add any morale. And before 16:30pm tomorrow i would have paid my debt. So i can decide to stop him from working. And put him to work by 16:00pm today so by 16:00pm tomorrow he will be through and he will add the morale since i won't be in red then. |

Quite complicated. The system can't settle that for you, you are the manager, use your staffs at the right time and always stay out of red. Good luck! |
