Well in my understanding,those arrows indicate a "switch" in position or standings of teams in a league! So the: Green arrow: indicates that a team has stepped up in the league table or ranking. Red arrow: indicates that a team has dropped down from its position in a league table or ranking! I hope this helps!!! |
