Maybe if you actually read the forum, the best players in your team wouldn't be loaned players. Edited by DaDon04 23-07-2017 22:11 yeah bro,the "majority" are also with you!!! |

I loaned a very talented player of ave 57 CF to a new manager who promised heaven, now he bought another one of 49% and now making him sub,his morale his low,and he isn't improving, av contacted him times too many to count but he wouldn't reply, and once he replies he would say rubbish. am advising oda managers not to loan to new managers or inexperienced ones. |

think der should be some additional requirements when loaning a player, what's my gain if I loan a player to another team and get him back empty handed? I think if der are somethings like *pay per appearance *pay per goal *pay per assist *loan bonus *buy him after loaning period *compensation allowance and lot more managers would be eager to loan and loanee won't loan players they can't cater for. thanks. and in auction too or direct buying. additional requirements and ADD ONS or what do you think let it get to the fiscals |

You have should have known the player fore-cast so for you selling the players even in the future attaining that his peak he is not needed so i think buy-back is not needed. Ad for the buy him after leaning period. When the new season begin you can tell the player coach to sell him to you in a transfer agreement. Sm have solved all issue of marketing players i think there is nothing to be added apart from the Loan aspect and they are working towards that they informed everyone at the beginning of the season. |
