Why? If you want to play private league at 0 percent effort,you can change it in your tactics or if you don't want to be beaten by other teams using high effort,join a private league using 0 percent. You can join mine next season. A manager create the tactic is team uses to get an excellent result. You don't expect the fifa implementing a specific tactic to be used by all team. Neither do you expect sm dictating tactic to a managers. |
