The season 25 is about to come to an end and the blackeagles are in a hurry for the celebration of first Division 1 promotion . Cag decided to summarize the direct Road from Div4 to Div 1 as an interview to make it more interesting with his good friends SirYemmy, Darra , Gad Bright and Oyewale . Cag : Welcome guys ; it is a pleasure for me to celebrate the event with you .We have shared many things in last 3 seasons .Thank all of you for your kind support . So who is Eager to start ; SirYemmy: I'm Luqmahn Abdulhaleem by real name,,, Can we know your real name or are you not interested to tell? Cag: Of course .My name is Yuksel Caglar Users call me Cag in the game except NerryHandsome .He prefers to call me Dad .😀😀 laughs……….. Gad Bright: Did your wife know you play this shi…y game? Laughs….. Cag: Lol she generally knows that I'm involved in some sh……. But she realized how shi……it is When I was caught in midnights while following hostiles. Sleepless nights ,....... Oyewale: Cag... 😂😂😂😂 Can You tell us since when did you start playing this game Cag; Hmmm I think I'm approaching to my 4th birthday SirYemmy: And how you get to know the game Cag: If my old memory doesn't mislead me it was through Facebook I have been in love with football since I was 10.So since 35 years anything related with it attracted me .Opsssssssssss my age became obvious ,coughsssssssss Gad Bright : 😂😂😂😂😂 I see that you really enjoy this game despite the strange Guardians around it.... So how do you cope with this? Cag; The game is beautiful. It's really a difficult and a challenging one All my life was full of personal challenges while I was building a career so that's probably what binds me to the game .Guardians...Hmmm . I have a rebellious character I always prefer not to keep the things inside and rather raise them up . I believe that it always help the situation .So let's say Guardians are part of the challenge Darra: Who was the first manager you admired in this game Let's put it in this way .Until you start to understand the game You look @ it like you are looking at a UFO. Basically U r not aware what's going on .There were managers who helped me to understand it This is actually a breakpoint for all managers I would say invitation to MGS made me more motivated. And it was IfeGunners. Meanwhile I met Nerry Djaimigou is a great guy .He helped me to understand tactics and formation Later we have built a wonderful community . I should definitely add SirYemmy ,Oye ,Gad,DarraPluto ,EamWilson,Pizzawd . And all others. Can't mention all not to forget and offend anyone. SirYemmy: How do you feel now, you are already in div1,,, and what can You tell us about your Road from div4? Actually It was quite interesting I promoted from div4 to div3 But the squad was not ready .There's a big difference between divisions .And I relegated back to div4 .That was a breakpoint It really pained me .I remember daily comments in WhatsApp Mgs group from Fiscal10 and M.Fellaini. : Cag rap… in .Rap… out 😂😂😂 laughs………. That was the moment I decided to concentrate more on the game and realized how challenging it was I had time to prepare the squad to div3 when I was in 4 and Spent lots of time to upgrade the squad with proper but economic players. In div 3 I decided not to use loans and still Promotion from div3 to div2 was possible .I had players with great character .Special Thanks to Adoeette and Kwanita . Promotion from div2 to Div1 ;I was a bit hesitated if I can survive so I loaned 3 strikers .The team performed perfectly in the first leg games and I was on the top of the board with difference . On the second leg I think I got a bit relaxed and lazy . Meanwhile I started to try different formations .It took me some time to bring the form back and lost the advantage so I had to fight back for promotion. Key point here is the change in formations .Div3 formation does not fit to div2 There is one more advise to managers. First 5-6 games of first leg and second leg are key for promotion Devs always make a sim change three times in a season. Start of each leg and before SC cup final.It is usually a mess up . One should spend more time to discover the changes and adapt the formations and tactics at that times. Darra: Lol Don't you blame the sim bug for your relegation ?😜😜😜😜😜😜😂😂😂😂😂 Lol yes .we always blame bugs. As Gad says ; “Game would be unbearable without bugs “ 😂😂😂 laughs……….. Coming back to SirYemmy's question; How do I feel? I feel happy and satisfied .It's like an award for all hardwork It should be a motivation for other managers as well. That it's worth to work hard. It pays off Darra: You have almost hostile all the young lads in this game. Should we call you hostile lord? Hostiles was another challenge. Honestly speaking I didn't start it to make money I was angry about the unfair competition .There were strong doubts about using scripts I'm a stubborn character and started to fight with that .After a time 200clicks limit introduced mostly thanks to champos and his efforts and maybe a bit mine . After the rule changed I got many juniors But many others got hostiles as well . Now the system looks much fair and safer Gad Bright: What is still motivating you to keep playing this game? I really love the game and i like the challenge. But at the same time I'm concerned about the problems I want to contribute together with our friends to motivate devs to resolve them That the game will not die .That the managers after us will keep enjoying it as we did That's a bigger challenge in front of me than any title or any achievement I believe that there is a perfect community and we will achieve it SirYemmy: So what's your plan with Div1,,, Fight,,, Sell off,,, any other intentions? Honestly I don't feel it yet.Div1 is like champions league I tried to develop myself in terms of formations and tactics .But u never know how sufficient it is . There are very experienced managers who sit in div1 since years. Moreover I was planning to go to Div1 after 1 or 2 seasons to be stronger But I was fed up with Oyewale asking after every game if I will promote or not .😂😂😂 laughssss So I don't put any targets .I will just do my best to finish it in best place Sell off? Rather not .I don't believe in it Darra: Tell us what do u think about future of SM? Hmmm. I think that should be the last question. There are few things to tell about it First of all I appreciate the devs to some extent That they created a beautiful and challenging game The truth is they have to earn from it .We all unfortunately witnessed that recently devs started to lose the interest and support to the game less . There are severe problems As I have issued several posts regarding different topics There are problems which can't be resolved by @s .Users are really concerned about this These problems and their solutions will in fact determine the life of the game It's a win/win issue. The game should protect amount of users and add new users . Users should enjoy the game and spend money and Users can bring new users This is what I was emphasizing as a biggest challenge in front of us But I'm positive .Because I see a community who wants to protect the game and they started to get organized to make a contribution The problems are briefly as below; 1-the trust to @s should be rebuilt Transfer agreements between them started to ruin the trust After that there were several claims about game fixings last two seasons in div1 where @s were mentioned .On the top of that most of them are inactive and not all the active ones are trusted Complaints ,reports ,games with weakened line ups ,Multi accounts And no proper fines Rules of the game should be definitely amended In terms of fines and sanctions . They are too elastic and open to interpretation .Gross negligence of some managers in divisions by selling off in the middle of the games and using weakened line ups against some teams started to create a great trouble .People lose the season due to unfair competition which creates more and more frustration .It is not possible to expect users to be in the game when they are upset and frustrated .there are few group of users in the game which has built a hegemony and think that the game is done only for themselves . Public opinion is that definitely devs should take action if they wish the game to continue. Rules to be amended and more @s needed . Inactive ones should simply leave the title and the ones which has lots of claim about them should be investigated. 2nd issue is the .transfer market The deposits .Not a good thing .It's against financial fair play Deposits should be limited to an amount or totally cancelled so that managers cannot pay astronomic salaries and manipulate RCs As an example a bit lower level player costs 500m whereas a better one 6bn Lower divisions can never compete with that SirYemmy: What about if the interest from deposits is been wipe off or reduced In principle If u limit the deposits for example with 5bn it might be a solution So it's not used to pay salaries But rather a stock to invest in players when you see good ones Item3 is More transparency I believe in transparency about sanctions And about how the @s are working and taking decisions It's a mystery .That definitely needs to be corrected Darra: so do you have any favourite @ Yes I have But I don't think I should reply the question .All of us may have somebody favorite but that is not the case here . We need proper rules and proper cooperation between them that the system will function. I remember the confessions of @s from time to time that @admins/devs. doesn't support the game .So to some extent their performance is also prevented beyond their control I think these are major issues which needs to be handled. Urghhhhhhhhhh. It was a long but enjoyful interview. I thank all of you and all the others which supported me in the game .Thanks to you guys I believe we have given some guidelines to younger managers and to some others .
