 There is no difference between the penalty simulation and the normal game simulation.
It is meant to be like this.
And it has gotten to one of the greatest moment in football,it is penalty.
Aguero taking the penalty for man city and he fires that into the net,top right corner.
And it is ronaldo for Madrid ohh it hit the crossbar,after deceiving the keeper.
And it is iheanacho for man city oh a great save from navas.
And it is benzema for Madrid,oww over the bar he wasted that.
Pheew man city won the penalty shootout and progress to the next round.
And not
The referee has blowed a penalty for man city.
After dodging several players,aguero succeded in putting the ball in the net,goal for man city.

So the guy still dribbled when it is a penalty?

what I mean here by online is live! Okay donot misquote please...however, some penalties may be played by the kicker in the way they ought to, but do you know?
That if the GK probably pushes the ball out again ,the whole players that are present will strive for the ball...and this may lead the penalty kicker to dribble the opponents that wants to kick the ball away inorder to flabbergast the spectators ..oh! Oh!! Oh!!! In a grandiloquently toxicated grammaticology , I will say that if the above isn't the case, therefore,that must be a bug that must be debugged.! Thanks 		17/03/2017 12:54

sammy i didn't mean penalty in a match,i meant when a game ended in a draw and they play a penalty to decide a penalty,the kicker can only kick the ball once,no rebounce. 		20/03/2017 17:31
