Please shouldn't banned managers be given opportunity to come back again? Like the banning should be between either seasons or months interval...for example --> a banned acct should tell the owner thus " You have been banned for 19 months" e.t.c ... I think that will still be good cos we don't know how much money he had spent in web server stations, subscription and purchase of Golden balls. "THIS IS A GAME OF PASSION", an individual should not lose properly all his INVESTMENTS cos it may cause sleepless nights! #note: we are human beings and so we can experiment at times by breaking rules either consciously or unconsciously!
