I have a player in my junior squad,average is 35,age is 17. Then i promoted him early and i saw a message if you promote this player at this time,it will affect him and he will reduce drastically and be a loss. I was still stubborn and went on promoting him. His average reduce to 17,but his morale also reduce to 49 so my question is that if i should put my psychologist to work and restore his morale back to 99 will his average go back to 35? |

Yes. But I advise to promote players when they have a P, so you have to do training to evolve your youth. |
