For those who are in lower division who think that money is everything in this game trust me it's not. The top 3 players in my team are bought so cheap by me. It's about ur long term plan. Buy high prog juniors 85%min And train only 1 position.. To identify the players, u need to try hiring a lot of juniors from the market to find the method that works best for you. For me, I only buy a junior if he is new born out off school (last week) or he is from a school of high division players (Div1/Div2) because those managers will most likely have the highest quality school, based on his past training, how fast is he training and what's his current stats and if it'll fit my training schedule. |
