hi Guys I have gone through posts and saw that useful things are coming up but in my opinion we should not deviate from the significant problems discussing side matters .The significant matters basically which were partlally raised by @s themselves . 1- To make it clear I didnt open the thread to blame somebody .I asked specific questions which i cannot get responds through private messages . So still after more than 48 hours some are pending . I asked why the last two fines of @Fahorax are empty? pending respond I asked the sanctions about last transfer which was misvalued by @s - @Heidstra promised to send a respond - pending i asked whether a Fiscal being fined 5 times and having now the sixth case expects us to belive that this is not a deliberate action and whether he considers resignation -he responded to me as follows - see this thread now, thanks for sending me the link, tbh Im going to check the mod forum now because that price was given by 3 fiscals, @champos, @heid and @vgates (not me nor illex of course). Then if they think they made a mistake, like anyone should do, i will be fine reverting the player anyway and what is for the @, this i didnt value the player so im not sure why i should be targeted more than the others but yea if you want it i have no issue giving it to you, it only brings you troubles and no advantages like anyone seems to think (yea free pack but i always paid for mine before) My Conclusion ; it was @Fahorax's responsiblity to tell @s progression and that he was not going to purchase the player until he was 97. If i ask a price to @ i tell them all the details . @Heidstra and @BC admitted the mistake in pricing and we will need to respect their decision about how they rectify it .I hope it will be soon . 2- @Eamwilson raised the topic that the pricing system is unhealthy and they asked Cellog to help them with the issue .A database was programmed but devs decided to remove it . For Gods sake if they decided to remove it why they have rejected the proposal to cancel all transfer agreements ? @s in some cases will be again having not sufficient ground to make a correct price evaluation .I have published here my Private message to admin asking whether devs plan to support the game or not ? Respond pending These topics did not create any frustration on @s and they declared that they find the discussion useful; Therefore i read with surprise that some users needed to defend some @s or critisized me to publish the problem here . Guys , as a respond also to @Fahorax i neither have a slight intention to be @ nor have time and capacity for that task .I respect all @s spending their time and effort basically without any benefit other than a pack . However i have a strong intention to be on the side of the users and raise my voice for the issues which will constitute a frustration as an evidence of unfair competition . Let me respond to one of your questions, the last two fines are blank on @Fahorax for the same reason the last ones are blank on mine. We were both taxed with the job of Hosteling players and firing them that were gained using illegal means via cheats. Both his cases and mine, were exactly that, giving us the exact amount of the cash for the player, and then the 2nd was tax and formation rights. I have one extra because they screwed up the amount and had to do more. Dont ask me what the cheat was, or who the players where, this is an internal case and it is our policy to not share that information. Each instance is well documented in our notes. |
