Soon as I have the funds IC will be upgraded to Excellent. netherlands is the most affordable for lower division players. but it is a slower player production rate at about 1 every 2 weeks. i only have 5 schools, it is not worth building less than 4 star schools. and they must be excellent. i love my germany school |

Right. Thanks lifeguard, i never really realised the importance of schools that much. But now, i know where to start. |
