Yes it is. When a juniour player out of position he will always get 20% motivation. Is better you leave him on bench than playing him out of position.

I don't think its normal because he's playing LF and you put him in a RF position then his motivation is suppose to be around 80+ because I also do it some times 27/10/2016 11:03

Only if the player's average shows red in the line up,then he gets 26% motivation
