He would have your current employee avg + an increase between 2%-12%, for the same salary your current employee has. If I'm not wrong, the higher the HOF points, the higher the boost will be. |

From when? Can you make him a coach too? Yes, a season after his retirement you get the option to hire them at your hall of fame. Each player will get 3 random positions in which he can work on (IE, as coach, junior coach or physio)... PS: You can hire them from full site view.
