As Darra said, system won't probably give a 99% one. If I were you, I'd get the highest you can get, at least 85+, and then you can train him with ingame money or GBs. If you don't want to spend none of both, then you'll be able to improve them hiring HOF players. But that will take longer though... | 29/08/2016 02:32 |

From my own xp, I hired 1 HOF player in seniors and none in juniors, and my salaries are in 120K and 180K (senior and junior) for 99avg ones. Salaries might be a bit higher if you don't hire HOF players, but I don't think they are that high as 300K... |
