You can choose between these two Training Schedule.

With good stats no Leadership
Attacking Headers x2
Beating Markers x2
Sprint x2
Dribbling x1 (Recommended)


With Leadership
Shot on Goal x2
Sprint x2
Dribbling x2
Penalty Shots x1
